Terms

The content is provided as information about our services. You may read, quote and link to it; you may not present it as your own or resell it.

A quote is based on the scope described in it and is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Anything not listed in the scope is not included.

If the scope changes, we agree the effect on price and timeline in writing before the extra work starts.

Prices are stated excluding VAT unless marked otherwise. Invoices are due within 30 days. Projects are usually invoiced in milestones; monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance.

Late payment may pause work and hosting after a written reminder.

Content, access and decisions in time for the agreed schedule, and one person who can approve work. Delays on your side move the delivery date; they do not change the price.

When an invoice for a deliverable is paid, you own the result: the design, the code written for you and the content you supplied.

We keep ownership of general-purpose components, tooling and knowledge we reuse across projects, and we may name the project in our portfolio only with your permission.

Hosting and support are provided on a best-effort basis with the maintenance we describe in the quote. A formal uptime guarantee exists only if it is agreed in writing.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work in question during the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data where backups were your responsibility.

Swedish law applies. Disputes are decided by Malmö tingsrätt, unless consumer protection law gives you another forum.
